UKG Timekeeping & Payroll Specialist

ProAmpac is seeking a Timekeeping Specialist to support UKG-based time and attendance across our European sites. You will design and configure policies, ensuring accurate time capture and policy compliance while collaborating with Payroll, HRIS and site HR teams.

The role requires 2–3 years in timekeeping or payroll support, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and strong data accuracy, Excel skills, and attention to detail. Hybrid or on-site work arrangements apply.
