Junior Engineer

Overview

In this role you help deliver engineering work as part of a cross-functional team in Artefact’s London office. You will advance your skills through training in software engineering, data science, and data architecture while contributing to projects alongside senior engineers. You’ll tackle problems with a structured, analytical approach and scale your impact through collaborative learning. • Collaborate on engineering projects with senior team members

Key requirements

• Bachelor in Computer Science or related quantitative field
• Proficiency in Python and strong understanding of data structures and algorithms
• Experience with Git and CI/CD practices; writing clean, well-documented code
• Experience with SQL for relational databases
• Analytical problem-solving mindset; ability to break down complex problems
• Eagerness to learn and proactively develop new skills
