Senior/Principal Town Planner n Cheltenham – Hybrid working n I am currently supporting a leading Planning consultancy who are actively recruiting Senior or Principal Town Planner for their busy Cheltenham office, offering a hybrid working model and a competitive salary.

Key responsibilities (level dependent): n ·Manage and progress planning applications, producing robust reports n ·Prepare and present evidence at appeals, hearings and inquiries n ·Represent clients at planning committees and consultations n ·Lead projects and support business development n ·Mentor junior staff and help improve service delivery

About you: n ·Degree in Town Planning or related discipline (RTPI membership desirable) n ·Senior/Principal: 3+ years' relevant planning experience, ideally with private sector exposure n ·Strong knowledge of planning legislation and policy n ·Excellent communication and report-writing skills n ·Commercial awareness, organised and able to work independently
