Strategic Employer Engagement & Recruitment Advisor

Kirklees College is seeking an Employer Engagement and Recruitment Advisor to support the Business Development function. The role focuses on apprenticeships and commercial activities, managing key employer relationships and delivering a high-quality recruitment service.

You will collaborate with curriculum, marketing, student recruitment, and placement teams, utilising ProSuite and MS Office to track activity and KPIs.
