Groundworks Supervisor – Site Lead for Major Infrastructure

Laing O’Rourke is seeking a Groundworks Supervisor for a National Grid Substation Project in WD25 8DT. You will directly supervise groundworks on site, ensuring safety and alignment with the programme while coordinating operatives and subcontractors.

Essential SSSTS and CSCS credentials apply, along with proven leadership and strong health and safety knowledge. The role covers drainage, excavation, concreting and finishing, with diligent reporting and planning support.
