Security Operations Leader – North & Midlands (Company Car)

FGH Security is seeking an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee guarding contracts across the North and Midlands from the Manchester office. You will deploy security officers, manage a team of Area Managers, and maintain customer satisfaction while travelling across the North.

The role reports to the Regional Manager and requires strong commercial focus and leadership. Key requirements include 5 years of management experience in security or related roles, SIA Door Supervision
