Your Responsibilities
As a Nursery Practitioner, your duties will include:
- Providing high-quality childcare and early education for babies, toddlers and preschool children.
- Supporting children’s learning and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Planning and delivering creative, stimulating and age-appropriate activities.
- Encouraging children’s communication, confidence and independence through play.
- Creating a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment.
- Observing and recording children’s progress and development.
- Building positive relationships with parents, carers and colleagues.
- Following safeguarding, health and safety and nursery policies.
- Working collaboratively with the nursery team to maintain high standards of childcare.
What We’re Looking For

- A recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years.
- A good understanding of the EYFS.
- A genuine passion for working with young children.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.

- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting children’s welfare.
- The ability to create engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
- Previous nursery experience is desirable.
