Support Worker: No Experience Needed, Full Training

MacIntyre is a national charity that supports adults with learning disabilities or autism in Leicester to live full, meaningful lives. We hire for values and provide full training, so you’ll never be left to figure it out alone.

Full or part-time hours available across 2–5+ days per week. As a Support Worker, you’ll help people live the life they choose, supporting learning skills, community involvement, and hobbies, while promoting independence and celebrating individuality.
