You’ll be working in a modern workshop environment, producing high-quality components and taking ownership of programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines.This role would suit a motivated CNC Miller who enjoys hands-on machining work and wants consistent hours, a strong work-life balance, and optional overtime.
The Role:
- Programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines
- Heidenhain controls (programming experience required)
- Workshop based in Rugby
- Dayshift: Mon-Thurs 7:30-16:45, Fri 7:30-12:30 (40 hours/week)
- Overtime available at 1.3x
The Person:
- Experienced CNC Miller (minimum 5 years’ milling experience essential)
- Confident programming using Heidenhain controls
- Skilled in milling processes and producing components to tight tolerances
- Motivated, reliable and enjoys CNC milling
- Comfortable working in a workshop-based role
