Senior Full Stack Engineer

Overview

As a Senior Full Stack Engineer, you design, build and deliver fan-facing digital experiences end-to-end. You work closely with Product Managers and Designers to turn requirements into deliverables and prototype ideas with AI-assisted tooling. You own technical strategy, implementation, testing, accessibility, performance and security, ensuring production-ready quality from day one. This role blends product thinking with engineering excellence to ship impactful features that enhance the supporter experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers to translate requirements into technical plans
• Rapidly prototype ideas using AI-assisted tooling to validate concepts
• Build responsive, accessible, production-ready web experiences across devices
• Design and integrate with Contentful; contribute to content model decisions
• Build and consume APIs; integrate third-party services
• Apply AI-assisted development to accelerate delivery while validating outputs
• Write automated tests and instrument features for analytics and experimentation
• Prepare code for external partner review and support deployment
• Contribute to engineering standards, reusable components and ways of working

Key requirements

• Strong commercial experience shipping modern web and app applications end-to-end
• Excellent TypeScript and React skills; Next.js familiarity a plus
• Experience with React Native
• Experience with headless CMS platforms (Contentful) and API integration
• Solid grasp of software architecture, testing, accessibility, security and performance
• Proficiency with AI-assisted development tools (e.g. Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot) and ability to validate outputs
• Demonstrated AI-assisted workflows to accelerate delivery, automate repetitive tasks and validate concepts
• Comfortable working with design systems and shared component libraries
• Proven ability to balance technical excellence, UX and business outcomes; Git, CI/CD and code review workflows
