Lead Residential Youth Support Practitioner

Suffolk County Council is recruiting Senior Youth Support Practitioners for Beccles Children’s Home. You will lead a team to provide high-quality care for up to 4 children aged 11-17, with plan to support education, health and wellbeing, in a home-from-home setting.

The role includes rostered shifts, sleep-in duties with additional pay, safeguarding responsibilities, and working as part of the management team to ensure a safe, supportive environment for every child.
