Overview

In this role, you will lead M&A due diligence engagements, acting as a trusted adviser to clients and coordinating with internal specialists. You’ll manage client relationships, scope and deliver due diligence reports, and ensure high-quality advisory services. You will leverage cross-functional teams to gather data, produce clear assessments, and support business development. This is a hands-on, client-focused position with opportunities to influence a growing M&A practice.

Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with external client contacts and internal teams to drive opportunities
• Pursue new business through referrals and trusted adviser status
• Coordinate client communications and align on project needs and expectations
• Deliver risk and insurance due diligence services from scoping to reporting and placement
• Lead project management by coordinating with country and sector specialists
• Source data from diverse information sources for project initiation
• Provide quality, actionable client advice and data for reports
• Review key contractual documents and peer diligence reports
• Own projects end-to-end, assembling core project teams as needed
• Provide proactive service levels and address client queries
• Deliver assessment outputs via formal reports, calls, or presentations
• Ensure compliance with M&A processes, reporting, confidentiality, and conflict management
• Maintain accurate time records for lead roles

Key requirements

• Current M&A insurance due diligence experience
• Retail commercial insurance experience
