General Industrials – Analyst / Associate

Overview

In this role you will join Jefferies’ London Industrials team to execute M&A, equity and debt transactions, and strategic advisory for industrial clients across EMEA. You work closely with senior bankers, manage multiple workstreams, and coordinate due diligence and documentation. You build sophisticated financial models and prepare materials for clients and boards. This position offers high client exposure in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with cross-border opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Support and lead the execution of M&A, capital raising, and strategic advisory mandates
• Manage multiple workstreams across live transactions and client engagements
• Coordinate due diligence processes, data rooms, and transaction documentation
• Prepare and review marketing materials, management presentations, information memoranda, and board materials
• Liaise with clients, legal advisors, accountants, lenders, and other transaction parties

Key requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic record
• 3–6 years of relevant investment banking experience
• Demonstrated experience executing M&A and capital markets transactions
• Strong financial modelling, accounting, and valuation skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
