Principal Planning Officer | Midlands | 12 Month Contract
n We’re currently looking for an experienced Principal Planning Officer to join a planning team in the Midlands on an initial 6-month contract.
n
n This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced planning professional to take on a major application caseload, while also providing guidance and mentoring to more junior members of the team.

12 Month Contract

£60 p/h (5.6k take home)
n We’re looking for someone with:n Strong experience at Principal Planning Officern Proven experience handling major planning applicationsn Excellent knowledge of the UK planning system and development management
n The confidence to provide mentoring, guidance and professional support to junior officers
n Strong communication, report writing and stakeholder management skillsn The ability to manage a busy caseload and work independently
