The Tudor Grange Academy Kingshurst is seeking a resilient and self-motivated leader to head Chemistry across Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. The role focuses on developing effective teaching and learning strategies and leading a cohesive department within the academy.

The successful applicant will inspire staff and students, champion collaborative planning with centralised, shared units of work and resources across the Trust, and contribute to ongoing academy improvement.
