Shipping/Cargo Litigation Lawyer 4+ To £££n This market-leading firm is looking for a versatile lawyer to join their energy, marine and natural resources practice and handle a broad range of complex, high-value marine recovery matters for insurers, carriers, freight forwarders, logistics providers, warehouse operators and other participants across the international supply chain. The team advises on all aspects of marine recovery, including cargo, hull, transportation liability, freight, demurrage and hire disputes. You will involved in handling recovery actions arising from cargo damage and loss, transportation and logistics disputes, and marine casualty incidents. Previous cargo, marine recovery and transportation experience from another firm or in-house is essential
