People Operations Lead: Onboarding & Immigration Ops

De Montfort University is seeking an experienced People Operations Manager to provide leadership and continuity during a 12-month secondment cover period. You will lead an established People Operations team and oversee onboarding, employee lifecycle administration and HR systems to deliver a responsive, compliant service.
