Project Estimator – Lifting & Mechanical Installations

MIM Mechanical Installation and Maintenance (N.I.) Ltd is seeking a commercially minded Project Estimator to price lifts, shifts, mechanical installation and fabrication packages for data centre and industrial projects.

You will translate tender information into realistic labour, plant and material costs, coordinate with engineering and workshop teams, and develop competitive, risk-aware submissions for clients across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
