Market Engagement Manager

Overview

In this role you will steward the governance of Connected Reach, translating global strategies into regional action. You will act as a conduit between Diageo’s London HQ and regional hubs, empowering markets to adopt best practices and learn from each other. You’ll manage campaigns, monitor adoption progress, and present status updates to senior stakeholders. This position suits a proactive, highly organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, matrixed environment and values continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Own the day-to-day governance programme of Connected Reach and manage each campaign toolkit to meet SLAs across regions
• Build and maintain relationships with regional colleagues to enable learning and optimization of outputs
• Translate global strategies for regional teams and drive high adoption of global plans
• Monitor adoption progress within the governance programme and report on milestones
• Present regional adoption status to senior Diageo stakeholders
• Maintain high attention to detail in tracking adoption variables and map annual planning timelines with deliverables

Key requirements

• Experience in agency, business operations, project coordination, performance reporting, consulting, media, marketing operations or related field
• Experience coordinating data inputs, reporting cycles, projects or governance across multiple stakeholders or teams
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and convert findings into concise business insights and actions
• Experience producing professional reports, presentations, dashboards or executive summaries for business reviews
• Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed, multi-market environment with competing priorities and deadlines
