Emergency Medical Advisor & Mentor (999 Call Handler)

East Midlands Ambulance Service NHS Trust in Lincoln is inviting applications for an Emergency Medical Advisor (999 Call Handler). You will start at Band 3, handling 999 and urgent calls and progress to Band 4 as an Emergency Medical Advisor Mentor after probation.

The role requires resilience, clear communication, and the ability to work across a 37.5-hour shift pattern including unsocial hours; training is provided, with career development opportunities within EMAS.
