Deputy Store Manager: Lead, Inspire & Deliver KPIs

Lidl GB is seeking a Deputy Store Manager to lead on the shop floor and behind the scenes. You will set a strong example, manage cash processes, monitor stock, and inspire colleagues to perform at their best.

You’ll take ownership in the Store Manager’s absence, driving service and store performance. We offer a competitive salary (£38,000–£46,000 per year), 30–35 days’ holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, a pension scheme, ongoing training and enhanced family leave.
