Microbiology Lab Team Lead – Shift Supervisor

Eurofins is seeking a Laboratory Team Leader to support the Microbiology Laboratory in daily operations, ensuring safe, efficient testing in line with quality and customer requirements.

The role is a full-time, 40-hour week with a four-week rotational pattern (08:30-17:00 and 11:00-19:30) and one weekend in four. You will lead 5–15 staff, plan resources, investigate non-conformances, manage training, and ensure compliance with quality, UKAS and ISO 17025.
