Hybrid Functional Assessor – Remote, Purposeful Health Reports

Ascenti is recruiting for a Functional Assessor in a hybrid role with up to 3 days per week in-centre and the remainder from home. You will assess a range of health conditions, hold consultations, and produce evidence-based reports to inform PIP or WCA decisions.

Qualified healthcare professionals with registered status (NMC/HCPC/GPhC) and IT literacy are invited to apply. The role offers training, flexibility, and ongoing clinical support.
