To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Previous experience in a HR Advisor or similar generalist HR position.
  • Strong employee relations experience and confidence managing complex cases independently.
  • A solid understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice.

  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • CIPD qualification, or working towards CIPD, would be advantageous.
  • A proactive approach and the confidence to thrive in a busy, fast‑paced environment.

Salary & Benefits

  • Up to £35,000 per annum
  • Office‑based role in Leyland.
  • Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm or 9am-5:00pm.
  • Opportunity to make a genuine impact within a supportive and growing business.
