About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Demolition Machine Driver to join our team. You’ll operate 360 excavators and use a full range of demolition attachments to break down, strip out, and clear structures and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate 360 excavator safely and skilfully
• Use breaker, pecker, muncher, shear, and grab attachments — you know exactly how to handle them properly
• Demolish, dismantle, break out, and clear structures, concrete, and materials. Breaking down modular buildings.
• Tidy and stack arisings ready for removal
• Carry out pre-use checks on machine and attachments
• Report any issues, attachments, or site safety promptly
• Work safely and follow all site rules and health & safety procedures

What We’re Looking For

• Valid NPORS or CPCS 360 Excavator ticket — essential
• Confident working with a full range of demo attachments — breakers, peckers, shears, grabs
• CSCS card and strong safety awareness
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in doing the job properly
• Ideally local to Newark / Carlton-on-Trent area
