Kindness-Driven Activities Co-ordinator

HC-One in Wales is seeking an Activities Co-ordinator to plan and deliver activities for Residents across our care homes, with a 36-hour week in a full-time role.

You will support the Home Manager, develop activity ideas based on Residents’ interests, and foster social engagement while maintaining a kindness-first approach. Safeguarding training and personal development are part of the role, with opportunities to grow within HC-One.
