IT Helpdesk Specialist — First-Line Support

Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board (BCUHB) is seeking an IT Support Officer to join the North Wales IT Service Desk, acting as the first point of contact for colleagues with IT issues.

You will troubleshoot hardware and software problems, provide first-line support, and help identify opportunities for service improvement while supporting remote and on-site staff in a patient-centered NHS environment.
