Senior Learning Disability Nurse – Prison Healthcare

Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Band 6 Nurse to join our prison healthcare team at HMP Ashfield and HMP Leyhill. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred care to adults with learning disabilities and complex needs, leading on assessments, care planning and health promotion.

The role offers multidisciplinary collaboration, training of junior staff, and opportunities to influence service improvement within a challenging prison environment.
