Job Description:
Durham County Council’s Fleet & Travel Response team is recruiting a Fleet Passenger Assistant to help children and vulnerable adults travel safely to and from destinations. You will assist with boarding and alighting, provide physical support when needed, and supervise passengers throughout their journey.
The role requires you to follow transport, health and safety and safeguarding procedures, communicate with families, maintain records, and undertake relevant training.
