Jellycat is seeking a D365 Service Desk specialist to own incidents and requests end-to-end, helping users optimize Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and SCM as we scale internationally.
You will be the first point of contact for D365 issues, triaging and reproducing problems, escalating to the MSP, and managing user access and security roles while maintaining a knowledge base in HaloITSM.
