Karaoke Floor Lead and Guest Experience

Lucky Voice is seeking a Floor Manager in London to lead shift operations, oversee floor staff, and ensure premier karaoke and guest experiences. You will coach teams, manage room turnover, handle upsells, and ensure safety standards are upheld across the venue.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in supervisory hospitality, strong customer focus, and excellent communication, with comfort handling AV and room management software. A dynamic, music-driven culture is offered.
