Outpatient Booking Coordinator

NHS Scotland is inviting applications for a Patient Booking Service Officer, based at Belford Hospital, Fort William. The role supports the efficient booking, rescheduling and coordination of outpatient appointments to maximise clinic capacity and patient experience.

You will handle patient enquiries by phone and in person, maintain records, and work with clinical teams, using TrakCare PMS, MS 365, Outlook and Teams; full training provided.
