Change Manager

Overview

In this role you will support a major digital transformation programme within a complex public-sector setting, shaping new ways of working and embedding digitally-enabled operating models. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders to translate strategy into practical change plans and support organizational design and transition activities. You’ll lead change initiatives across large programmes, ensuring sustainable adoption and long-term impact. The opportunity combines change management, operating model design, and transformation expertise within a regulated environment, with active SC clearance as a key requirement.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement future operating models aligned with transformation goals
• Lead change activities across large-scale digital programmes and promote adoption of new processes and technologies
• Engage senior stakeholders to understand needs and develop practical change strategies
• Support organizational design, capability assessments, and transition planning
• Create change artefacts (impact assessments, stakeholder plans, communications, adoption strategies)
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and sustainability

Key requirements

• Proven experience delivering change management and operating model transformation in complex organisations
• Strong understanding of digital transformation and modern ways of working
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and influencing across multiple teams
• Ability to translate strategy into practical implementation plans
• Experience in public sector or regulated environments is highly desirable
• Active SC Clearance is essential
