Uniform Education in Harrow is seeking a confident Behaviour Support Worker to join a specialist post-16 education setting for students aged 16–25 with SEN, SEMH and behavioural challenges. You will work closely with teaching and pastoral staff to support emotional regulation, engagement and progression.
The role is full-time, Monday–Friday during term-time, with a supportive team and opportunities to develop specialist behaviour support practice within a dedicated educational environment.
