ALN Specialist Teacher for Post-16 & Inclusion

Bridgend County Borough Council is seeking a Specialist Teacher (Temporary) to join the Post-16 and ALP Team. This role focuses on improving outcomes for learners with ALN, delivering specialist advice, assessment and intervention across schools, colleges and partner agencies.

You’ll lead person-centred planning, support transitions to further education and adulthood, and contribute to professional learning, service development and quality assurance.
