Turn bookings into business. Lead our reservations team and drive commercial success at Edgbaston Stadium.
Are you a commercially minded hotel reservations professional who thrives on maximising revenue, delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading from the front? We’re looking for a hands‑on Reservations Manager to lead our hotel reservations function at Edgbaston Stadium.
You’ll take ownership of reactive sales performance, driving enquiry conversion, optimising bedroom revenue and managing room inventory, pricing and distribution across our channels. Working closely with our Head of Sales & Revenue and Radisson support teams, you’ll use booking trends, competitor insights and performance data to identify opportunities, support forecasting and help shape our hotel’s commercial strategy.
You’ll bring proven experience leading a hotel reservations or comparable accommodation sales function, with a strong track record of delivering commercial KPIs and a sound understanding of occupancy, ADR, RevPAR, inventory management and distribution channels.
Confident using hotel reservation and revenue management systems, you’ll combine excellent attention to detail with strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills. You’ll coach and develop our Reservations Co‑ordinator(s), build effective relationships across Hotel Operations, Reception and our wider commercial teams, and champion our PRIDE values of Passion, Respect, Innovation, Diversity and Excellence.
If you’re proactive, organised and passionate about turning enquiries into revenue while delivering an outstanding guest journey, we’d love to hear from you!
