Position: Nursery Practitioner

Location: Eastbourne
Salary: up to £28,080.00; this is dependent on qualifications and experience.
Copperfields is looking for a full-time member of staff to join our fantastic team. We are a small, family-owned nursery, close to the centre of Eastbourne. Based in a large detached house, we aim to create a friendly, homely environment where every child is treated as an individual.
The candidate must hold a Level 2 or 3 full and relevant qualification. The position will involve working 40 hours per week, Monday-Friday between the hours of 8a.m -6 p.m. on alternating shift patterns.
The successful candidate will be working in a setting that is happy, friendly and committed to providing high-quality childcare where every child has the opportunity to thrive. We provide opportunities to increase levels of qualifications, ongoing CPD and guidance to support staff development.
The role will involve being a Key Person. The candidate will be responsible for their own group of children, monitoring each child’s progress and planning the next steps in their development. You will be expected to work in partnership with the child’s family, building strong relationships with all those involved.
