PRIMIS Mortgage Network in Chippenham is seeking an IT Support Specialist – CRM Specialist to join the Broker Support Team as a Broker Success Partner. The role provides first and second-line CRM support and acts as an escalation point for application issues, coordinating with analysts, developers, and suppliers.

The position is hybrid (50/50 office/home) at the Chippenham HQ, with responsibilities including incident ownership, troubleshooting, and working with Mortgage Brain and Toolbox apps.
