Role Overview:

• Welcome and advise customers, helping them find the right products.
• Achieve sales targets while maintaining an excellent store experience.
• Support with store tasks like stock taking, cleaning, and merchandising.
• Handle tills and follow store procedures to maintain a safe, secure environment.
• Keyholder responsibilities to support on occasion opening & closing the store in the absence of the management team.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retail or customer service is a preference, but we can train highly motivated confident individuals.
• A love for cooking is a bonus!
• Basic IT, numeracy, and literacy skills.
• Physical stamina for standing and moving products.
• Flexibility across the working week and weekends.
• Key holder experience is desirable but not essential.

To note this role includes weekend and weekday working within the hours of 7am and 9pm and will be a fixed term between 15th November and 9th January 2027.
