Multi Trader

Overview

In this Multi Trader role, you will perform maintenance on domestic properties for a local social housing contractor. You will work closely with the housing team to keep homes safe and well-maintained, using carpentry and basic trades to resolve issues. You’ll deliver good customer service and manage jobs efficiently, often via a PDA system. This position offers stable hours, a provided van, and opportunities to earn extra through call-out work.

Pay / Benefits

• No weekend work
• Mon–Fri 08:00–16:00
• Van and fuel card supplied
• Chance to join call-out rota
• Salary: 39,000 per annum

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance works on domestic properties
• Provide a high level of customer service
• Use a PDA system to organise and complete jobs
• Perform basic multi-trade tasks (carpentry, tiling, plastering, plumbing) as needed

Key requirements

• Full UK driving licence and own van
• Previous social housing experience
