Front-of-House Concierge: Resident Experience

Peabody in London is seeking a Concierge Officer to join our team at Thamesmead, a flagship mixed-tenure development. You will be the first point of contact for residents, visitors and contractors, delivering a welcoming, safe and well-managed environment.

This role is varied and customer-facing; you will handle enquiries in person, by phone and email, manage deliveries, issue access fobs, and support building security and health and safety. Flexibility to work weekends and shifts is required.
