Paid Apprenticeship: Vehicle Damage Panel Technician

FMG Repair Services in Luton is recruiting an Apprentice Vehicle Damage Panel Technician for a 36‑month apprenticeship. You will gain hands‑on experience, learn panel repair techniques and earn a Level 3 qualification while working in a busy bodyshop.

Pay starts at £8.50 per hour in year 1, with progression to the national wage from year 2; hours are Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00. Block-release training and mentorship are provided to support you throughout the program.
