Overnight Crisis & Recovery Team Leader

Turning Point is expanding its overnight crisis support across England. We are seeking an experienced Overnight Team Leader to support the Service Manager, lead Overnight Recovery Workers, and provide direct support to service users when required.

In this fast-paced role you will oversee triage, risk assessments and safety planning, inspire and develop a compassionate team, and uphold high-quality, recovery-focused care for people experiencing mental health crises.
