Senior Fashion Editor (Operations)

Overview

In this role you drive fashion content across Vogue, Glamour UK and other Condé Nast platforms, combining editorial vision with operational execution. You will orchestrate fashion shoots, coordinate logistics, and support brand initiatives and events on a global scale. Working within the Global Fashion Network, you collaborate with markets, stylists and PR to deliver integrated fashion stories that resonate across print, digital, video and social. This position offers a meaningful chance to shape fashion storytelling and cross-brand collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Create fashion concepts for digital, video, print, e-commerce and events
• Lead fashion execution for editorial and special projects, including RTW and accessory requests and shoot logistics
• Coordinate global and local shoot logistics (workflow, cupboard/closet, carnet, brand liaison)
• Manage and coordinate Fashion Assistant(s) and shoot requirements
• Collaborate with market teams, stylists and brand partners to align on looks and needs
• Oversee local and global Vogue shoots in collaboration with teams
• Source and stay informed about new design talent and initiatives from brands/designers
• Collaborate within the Global Fashion Network on editorial and special projects
• Strategize and support brand initiatives and events (e.g., Vogue World, Vogue Cafe, Vogue Festive Calendar, Vogue Collaborations)
• Attend press appointments and maintain strong relationships with PR and senior brand leadership
