Year 3 HLTA & Behaviour Mentor – Lead Class

Aspire People are recruiting on behalf of a long-standing partner primary school in Central Manchester for a Behaviour Mentor / Higher Level Teaching Assistant to support a Year 3 class. This is a long-term, full-time position starting ASAP, with a strong focus on excellent behaviour management and classroom leadership.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Year 3 teacher, stepping in for PPA and release time while maintaining high learning expectations and supportive relationships
