Care Home Manager: Lead with Kindness and Quality Care

HC-One is seeking a Care Home Manager to lead a dementia, residential and specialist care home. You will inspire and manage a multidisciplinary team, develop individualised care plans, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and promote dignity and independence for residents.

This role requires strong leadership, safeguarding awareness, and appropriate qualifications (RM Award Level 4 or Leadership & Management in Care 4/5 or willingness to study).
