Dynamic Early Careers Programs Coordinator

PA Consulting is seeking a Programme Coordinator to support the Early Careers team across recruitment and programme delivery. The role involves coordinating candidate pipelines, scheduling interviews, managing events and onboarding activities, and representing the team at events in London and Cambridge.

You will gain exposure across Talent and HR, collaborating with universities, apprenticeship providers and external partners while developing in Early Careers, HR or learning and development.
