Community Children’s Health Care Assistant – Night Shifts

Swansea Bay University Health Board is seeking a Band 3 Health Care Support Worker to join the Children’s Community Nursing Team. You will deliver care in community settings, including homes and schools, providing skilled support across a flexible 37.5 hour rota including nights.

The role requires Level 3 qualification or equivalent and experience with children with complex health needs. Welsh language skills are desirable, and a robust training programme is provided.
