Mid Kent Legal Services (MKLS) is seeking a seasoned Lawyer specializing in Property and Regeneration to support Maidstone Borough Council and other MKLS clients. This remote, part-time contract involves handling a diverse caseload with practical, solution-focused advice.
You will draft and negotiate property documents, advise senior officers and elected members, and ensure compliance with Lexcel standards. A UK driving licence and ability to travel to partner locations are desirable.
