Senior CBT & Wellbeing Lead (Part-Time)

Step Forward is seeking a part-time Senior CBT Practitioner & Wellbeing Worker to deliver direct clinical work with young people aged 11-25 and provide senior supervision. The role includes contributing to service development and working across Tower Hamlets with voluntary and statutory partners.

You will supervise trainees and CBT staff, provide senior CBT guidance, and support wellbeing initiatives. This is a valued, multi-disciplinary role in a small charity committed to inclusive services.
